Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

1. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Pressonboss does not offer refunds or exchanges on hair products, wigs, beauty products, or wholesale orders.

 

2. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved cases may receive a replacement.

 

3. SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
