Welcome to Pressonboss. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS

Pressonboss operates as both a retail and wholesale supplier of beauty and business products. All customers must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, modify or discontinue products without notice, and update these Terms at any time.

 

2. WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale customers must provide accurate business information, maintain minimum order quantities, and agree not to resell products under another brand name without written permission.

 

Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly. Pressonboss reserves the right to revoke wholesale privileges if policies are violated.

 

3. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All products are sold “as is” and may vary slightly in color, texture, length, and density. We do not guarantee that product images will appear exactly the same on every device.

 

4. NO MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

 

5. ALL SALES FINAL / RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on hair products, wigs, beauty products, or wholesale orders.

 

Exceptions may be made only for wrong items shipped or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

 

6. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Pressonboss is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, or lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

 

7. PRICING & PAYMENTS

We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders due to system or payment issues.

 

8. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Fraudulent activity or chargebacks without contacting customer service first will result in account termination and possible legal action.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including logos, photos, descriptions, and branding belongs to Pressonboss and may not be copied without written permission.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pressonboss is not liable for allergic reactions, improper product use, loss of profits, or indirect damages.

 

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers agree to provide accurate information and follow care instructions.

 

12. PRIVACY POLICY

Customer information is protected and will not be sold or shared except as necessary to process orders.
